Interim Executive & Development Staffing

When a senior executive or development staff member leaves, an organization may find itself in danger of losing momentum, or worse, losing key relationships that are essential to the future of that organization’s mission. The professionals at Philanthropy Resource Group have the experience to step in and quickly get up to speed on what needs to be done and how the culture of that organization works. Interim executive staffing consultants may fill a position for anywhere from a couple of months to two years, and offer the added benefit of bringing an objective perspective to challenges faced by a non-profit during a period of transition. If you need a steady hand on the tiller, give us a call. We can be there when you need us most.

In business, few resources are more valuable than a great consultant.  As a member of the Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, I have had the opportunity to experience Maryann’s talents  in consulting and organizational leadership.  As Chairman of the Board of Directors for the GCKK, Maryann used these talents to benefit the organization.  First, she led the board through our strategic planning process.  She was engaging, kept us on point, and moved the organization forward.  Her continued focus, structure and leadership kept us on track and on target with our strategic initiatives.  I have found Maryann’s organizational skills, ability to engage members of the board, and fair and balanced business practices to be extremely valuable, and I would be pleased to recommend Maryann Lindberg  if you are looking to work with someone with these strengths.
