Interim Executive & Development Staffing

When a senior executive or development staff member leaves, an organization may find itself in danger of losing momentum, or worse, losing key relationships that are essential to the future of that organization’s mission. The professionals at Philanthropy Resource Group have the experience to step in and quickly get up to speed on what needs to be done and how the culture of that organization works. Interim executive staffing consultants may fill a position for anywhere from a couple of months to two years, and offer the added benefit of bringing an objective perspective to challenges faced by a non-profit during a period of transition. If you need a steady hand on the tiller, give us a call. We can be there when you need us most.

Maryann LaCroix Lindberg facilitated an excellent workshop on board development. I was so impressed by her skill and expertise which was full of encouraging moments and insightful, yet practical strategies to implement. There was plenty of time for questions and excellent discussions. Maryann has a breadth of knowledge and professional ease that make the workshops interesting, enjoyable, and most of all useful!
